Our partner clinic, Ótologie Tinnitus Care, will be in touch with you to arrange your online or in-clinic appointment.
What happens next?
A member of the Ótologie team will contact you to confirm whether you would like to schedule your appointment in the Dublin clinic or online via video call from anywhere in Europe. We will also gather some information for our audiologists and arrange payment in advance of your appointment.
Please note, the team works Monday-Friday, 9am – 5pm. If your appointment request is received outside of these hours, you will be contacted on the next business day.
What to expect from your appointment
Whether you choose to complete your appointment in-clinic at the Hermitage, Dublin, or online via video call, you can expect the following from your 1 hour appointment.
- An assessment of your tinnitus by our specialists
- A treatment recommendation for your tinnitus
- Next steps to get started with treatment
If you are opting for an online appointment, you will need to submit a recent hearing test. If your appointment is in-clinic then the hearing test will be carried out as part of your assessment.
What is Ótologie Tinnitus Care?
Ótologie is a Lenire partner clinic and a centre of excellence for tinnitus treatment with qualified audiologists who can assess your tinnitus and prescribe the Lenire device or other treatment options including tinnitus therapy and hearing aids for tinnitus.
