About The Center for Audiology
The Center for Audiology has been providing cutting edge treatments for hearing loss and tinnitus since 2008 in a compassionate, family-centered setting. We offer the expertise, equipment, education, and exceptional customer service to provide every individual patient with the best diagnosis and treatment possible.
Meet Dr. Rosangela Moura
Dr. Rosangela Moura holds a Master of Science in Audiology degree from the University of Texas at Dallas, and a Doctor of Audiology degree from Salus University in Pennsylvania.
She has over 30 years of experience in communication disorders. She is certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology (AAA). She is licensed to practice audiology and to fit and dispense hearing aids in Texas as well as a Lenire-certified tinnitus practitioner.
Meet Dr. James Fang
Dr. James Fang AuD. holds a Doctorate of Audiology and a Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Texas at Austin.
He is a Lenire-certified expert treating patients for their tinnitus and is knowledgable in tinnitus retraining therapy.
What Dr. Fang enjoys most about being an Audiologist is being able to develop a personal relationship with his patients and have the opportunity to make a difference in their hearing journey. Dr. Fang believes that each patient deserves to have hearing healthcare and a counseling approach that is customized to each individual’s needs and concerns.

The Center for Audiology offers a multi-faceted approach to tinnitus treatment, including traditional sound therapy via hearing aids, counseling, Lenire, mindfulness training, and other individualized options. Appointments are available in our Houston, Humble and Pearland locations with minimal wait times. At The Center for Audiology, our audiologists understand the negative impact of tinnitus on quality of life. We are passionate about providing hope and real relief to individuals who are suffering from tinnitus.
